Aungsha is a real estate management platform built for a boutique property developer who needed to digitise their sales and booking process. The scope covered property inventory management, customer booking flows, payment recording, and installment plan tracking. We focused on simplicity and ease of use, as the primary users were sales agents with limited technical backgrounds.
Aungsha was managing all property sales, customer records, and payment histories through a combination of paper files and basic spreadsheets. There was no way for management to get a real-time view of available inventory or outstanding payments. Agents were spending too much time on administrative work instead of focusing on sales.
Designing an interface simple enough for non-technical sales agents to adopt without extensive training, while still providing management with the reporting depth they needed. Building a payment tracking system that could handle partial payments, installment schedules, and overdue balances clearly and without error.
We built a clean, task-oriented interface designed around the agent workflow from new customer registration through to booking confirmation and payment recording. The system generates payment schedules automatically and flags overdue amounts on a management dashboard.
